Rosemary is one of those super herbs that’s filled with a ton of benefits for our brain, nervous system, skin, and hair.
Filled with antioxidants, vitamins such as vitamin c so it’s great for immune support, digestion, and memory.
On a higher spiritual level Rosemary can help support your pineal gland by functioning as a nootropic.
Nootropics are a group of adaptogenic herbs that help boost brain function, improve memory, and balance moods.

What you’ll need
1 part Dried Rosemary
1 part Thyme
1 part Spearmint
Mixing bowl
32 ounce jar with lid (keep those volatile oils in your infusion!)
Cinnamon stick is optional
Honey to sweeten
Empty tea bag
In bowl mix Rosemary, Thyme, and Spearmint together. Add a tablespoon per cup of water to a empty tea bag. (32 ounces makes about 3 to 4 cups of tea.)
Add bag and cinnamon stick in jar then pore in hot water. Put lid on and allow to steep for 10 to 30 minutes or desired temperature. I like to wait until my lid pops!
Add honey and enjoy!
