Mud Water Recipe

Y’all sleep on Mud Water.

It’s way better than Coffee, all natural, helps to give you energy, boost immunity, and supports your Endocrine System.

Ingredients:

Powdered Form:

Lion’s Mane
Cordyceps
Reid hi
Chaga
Raw Cacao
Cinnamon
Licorice Root
Clove
Himalayan Pink Salt
Nutmeg
Turmeric
Ginger
Cardamom
Black Max’s

I be adding a pinch (PINCH) of cayenne pepper just to activate my turmeric and ginger. But that’s optional. (Finally fell on that wagon.)

Add about a tablespoon of the mixture to 4oz or hot water then add 6oz of Oatmilk or Almond Milk. Preferably Oat Milk it’s way more eco friendly and you can make it yourself. If you don’t want to make it yourself Aldis she’s a really good one.
