Herbalist Code

As herbalist it’s imperative that we are realistic with folks when they are coming to us for herbal guidance.

Introducing herbs into your system requires you to do a cleansing as well as practice a nutrition wellness plan so that your body is receptive to the herbs you are now introducing to it.

A simple cleanse for 1 to 3 days will be perfect. Followed by a conscious nutrition plan that supports every system in your body.

Staying away from inflammatory foods that contain sugar, dairy, alcohol/beer, white grains, caffeine, and processed foods (COOK).

Practice a 85/15 guideline. 85% eating what’s right and 15% breaks here and there.

I practice between 80/20 and or 70/30 because Gods not through with me yet. Lol had an egg & cheese croissant this morning and a caramel macchiato that I’m already paying for. 🥴

Like my Mama always told me, “Don’t be like me, be better.”

Healthier lifestyles start in that kitchen tho. If your herbalist isn’t telling you this you need to challenge them about it. You don’t have to get a new one.

Growth is required for all of us and subtle reminders is what we all need from time to time. That’s love.
