Our natural reaction to trauma in our body is to protect undamaged tissues by isolating the damage tissues by inflaming them.
What does sugar do to our bodies? (Reiterating this to my own ass cause who had sugar cookies last night and gluten filled veggie pizza (ME! ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ) and Iโm paying for it so much right now!
My stomach is in KNOTS
Anyways sugar and gluten is detrimental to the development of disease in our body.
Gluten is a protein that has no nutrients at all. And if you are gluten intolerant like myself you may experience issues from skin rashes (dermatitis flare ups, eczema, psoriasis), mood swings, anxiety, depression, and even autoimmune deficiencies can be linked to gluten intolerance.
When I had issues with my thyroid it was all linked to me eating way too much gluten and I had to adjust my diet to get better.
Sugar turns into glass within our bloodstream and literally will cut you up from within.
Sugar kills the liver especially juices that are high in high fructose corn syrup. So just imagine what your kids livers look like that drink a ton of juice, sports drinks, (realities even I had to come to terms with.)
Our immunity or lack thereof is directly linked to our diet and what we eat.
So, as I sit here slightly slumped over, because as I told you guys earlier this week, Iโm super rebellious, Iโm listening to my body loud and clear and will be back on my shit tuhday.
