The Lymphatic System is vital to strength of ones Immune system because it’s within the lymph system that T-cells mature within the lymph nodes and Thymus.
Unlike our blood the lymphatic system does not have a way to circulate and is dependent on our MOVEMENT to keep lymph fluids circulating.
This is why exercise and yoga are important. It’s not a fad or a trend. I don’t care how you move, just move. MOVE. Keep your body moving.
Yes rest and relax as need be but when you are sick still find a way to MOVE.
