It’s all mindset for real.

You can adjust your mind to believe anything.

So, let’s adjust it to focus on what’s healthier and not what’s hindering.

Like Butter. People believe butter adds flavor to dishes. When in all actuality it’s the bacteria from butter in your gut leading you to believe this is true because that bacteria wants more of it’s kind in your stomach.

I talk about bacteria like it has a mind of it’s own.


Your gut is directly connected to the Central Nervous System, so much so that Scientist refer to it as your “SECOND BRAIN”.

The more harmful bacteria that we introduce to our gut the more it’ll flourish and create DIS EASE in your gut and bowels which then leads to all sorts of illnesses throughout your system.

But that’s the beauty of it. YOU CAN RESET what’s in your gut flora!

And better early as a preventative and not as treatment to reverse issues.

So let’s take butter for example, just imagine adjusting and taking away butter and subbing it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is lower in saturated fats and full of antioxidants and vitamins. It also has a higher frying temp and can even be subbed for using terrible Vegetable oil.

Yep it’s all Mindset.
