This Week I’m Conquering ME

Meal prepped this week! Time to get back to it!!!!

Listen. A lot of the times y’all be thinking I’m talking to you all about identifying, fighting, and breaking through your habits. In reality, I be talking to myself sometimes.

Seriously.

My name is Kilo. (Hi Kilo! And I’m addicted to French fries and Reeces Peanut Butter Cups!

This week I’m refusing either of them!

Especially those Reeces that have the pretzels in it. Just the perfect amount of sweet and salty that I am absolutely refusing this week!

I’ve even meal prepped for the week for work! In the evenings salads or something light!

30 minutes a day workout sessions. I have not worked up the energy to return to the gym.

Energetically, things are off and I’d rather avoid as much human interaction as much as I possibly can. I had a weird encounter yesterday at the post office with a creepy guy too.

It could also be all the Dateline I’ve been listening to and Real Crime Profile. Between my podcast faves and New Amsterdam I’m solving cases and performing open heart surgery.

Got to wheel television and podcast back too cause yeah. The dreams have been all over the place.

This week is also dedicated to minimal social media interactions and more content planning and NO SCROLLING! Which I’ve failed today, but there is always tomorrow.

Other than that morning meditation and yoga. Evening gratitude and yoga with my Husband and Joey and whatever other kid wants to do it.

Yes, this week is going to be ALRIGHT!
